At Rehv Clothing, we value our customers more than anything! We believe in clear communication with all of our transactions.
While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within Two business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. Orders placed before 1pm PST should be received within 3-8 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
SHIPPING COST: All shipping prices are determined by USPS or UPS shipping calculators at checkout. We offer multiple shipping speeds and options to all 50 States.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please note that Rehv Clothing is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been shipped. If there is an error with your order, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue.
If we are on the road, going to another event, handling times may vary but we will email you updates as soon as we have them. If you need your new swag faster than standard USPS ground, let us know and we will make it happen! Most orders are delivered to the lower 48 states within 5 days of your checkout.
Returns will be accepted if product is damaged or shipped with an incorrect size/ design for in store credit within 30 days of delivery after photo confirmation to email@example.com.
